As a former race car driver, Steve Saleen is uniquely qualified to build a fast car. But when he founded Saleen Autosport in 1984 and introduced the first Saleen Mustang, few people thought he would build a fullfledged manufacturing plant. But that’s exactly what Steve Saleen has done.

20 years later, Saleen makes not only kick-ass Mustangs, but a super-charged truck and the super-fast, super-horsepowered, super-race winning super car – the S7.

Contributor David Barrett visited the Saleen plant on the most exciting day of the year, the tenth annual Saleen open house where he not only got a personal tour of the factory floor, but got a chance to chat with Saleen himself. And contributor and host Cameron Barrett visited Steve and his team in their brand new venture, the Saleen Retail Store – offering a new, very high-end way to shop for a car.
