When Audi introduced it’s redesigned Audi TT Roadster at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, it was obvious that this new take on the iconic 21st Century roadster was completely fresh, but still true to the jaw-dropping styling of the first top-down TT. What wasn’t obvious was what got redesigned under the hood.
Resident test driver, David Barrett, took the TT Roadster for a spin around historic San Juan Capistrano, California where this lovely little two-seater was at home admist the summer beach crowd. It’s as light-footed at the swallows that return here each year, but as you might imagine, infinitely more fun to drive.
