If there's one thing people in L.A. like, it's their SUVs. Big SUVs. Big SUVs with Big Bling. Not exactly the greenest choice of vehicle out there. Not, at least, until this year's Los Angeles Auto Show. The 2007 show was all about how consumers can have their big vehicles, and fuel efficiency too. Fitting comfortably into that category, and still towing over 6,000 pounds is the new Chevy Silverado Hybrid Pickup Truck.

Infiniti prices new EX35 Crossover SUV near the G35 sedan. Based on the same RWD platform, EX35's pricing makes sense.

Based on the current 911 Turbo, the 911 GT2 is a beast. We had a few minutes with David Pryor, Vice President of Marketing of Porsche Cars North America who said "The GT2 is the perfect blend between the Porsche Turbo and the GT3. The GT2, At 530 horsepower, is the most powerful naturally aspirated six cylinder engine in any production car.

Bringing back an ACR (American Club Racing) version of the Dodge Viper makes sense. Those truly interested in a Viper are not interested in much else other than performance so why not make a knock down, drag out version?

Maserati's current strategy has been to target variants of its two and four door platforms while distilling certain elements where the end result is aimed at a different demographic group. One version may be aimed at the business executive who appreciates plush seats and a comfortable ride while another version may concentrate on the enthusiast interested in performance. The new Quattroporte Sport GT S is definitely aimed at the performance enthusiast.
